With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Damian enjoys connecting with families, learning their stories, and helping them achieve their financial goals.
He joined PCM with a passion for helping families take a proactive approach to their finances. Early in his career, Damian noticed that many people were reactive with money—handling unexpected expenses only when they arose, rather than planning ahead. This experience inspired him to focus on financial planning, and he is currently working toward becoming a Certified Financial Planner to provide even greater support to clients. His goal is to be a trusted resource families can rely on to navigate their financial journeys.
Damian brings extensive experience in banking and lending, including five years as a lending manager. He is highly organized, a strong problem solver, and well-versed in loans and financial solutions. He approaches challenges with a positive mindset, believing that “everything can be fixed and everything can be accomplished—we just need to figure out how.” His aim is for every family to leave PCM feeling reassured and confident about their financial path.
Outside of work, Damian is a car enthusiast and devoted dog lover, cherishing his two King Charles Cavalier Spaniels as part of the family. He enjoys hiking, spending time on the lake, and creating meaningful memories with his wife and loved ones.
